Bachelor of Arts Degree
The Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is a four-year, 120 credit-hour course of study. The BA is awarded upon successful completion of the requirements. The BA is a foundational program providing an introduction to the Bible, Christian doctrine, church history, and practical Christian ministry at the undergraduate level. This program also includes a strong general education component with particular attention to the history of ideas, worldviews, and communication. The BA is appropriate for high school graduates and for those who have already accumulated college credits and want to receive a degree at the baccalaureate level.Associate in Biblical Studies Degree
The Associate in Biblical Studies degree (ABS) is a two year, 60 credit-hour course of study. The ABS can serve laypersons and staff persons in a parish setting who require a certain amount of biblical and theological training for ordination credentials.This program is also appropriate for individuals who already hold an undergraduate degree but wish to enhance their Christian witness in their present vocations as well as enrich their spiritual lives.
Each degree program focuses on three concentrations: Biblical Studies, Christian Counseling, and Organizational Leadership.
